The Viking class was designed as a fast and capable shallow draft cruising yacht and typical of Buchanan's designs she fits the bill perfectly. Superb deep safe cockpit plus a very comfortable saloon with 5 berths and standing headroom. The entire rig including spars, standing and running rigging and sails were all replaced in 2014, engine installed in 2011 as a totally rebuilt and as new unit. This is a very capable yacht, kitted out this season to compete in the AZAB offshore race but equally at home coastal cruising with the family. Why buy a big boat when a 31' yacht will do the same job?
