Kim Holman Stella design, built in 1960 by Tucker Brown. The Stella is thought to have been based on the Folkboat except they have more volume and are more capable boats. This one has had some major refit work carried out including some replacement planking, new keel bolts and a new engine. She is sitting on a heavy duty road trailer that can be towed with a Land Rover or similar making her mobile and potentially cheap to run. Recent survey findings available with a list of jobs required hence the attractive price.

Designed by Knud Reimers as a one off but the similarities to his famous and very successful Tumlare can be seen. Rebuilt by the present professional shipwright owner to an exceptionally high standard with all new frames and fastenings, new keel bolts, new deck, new interior, systems and rig. Perfectly presented and ready to go sailing, perfect for regatta racing as she is light enough to be transported on a road trailer behind a 4x4 vehicle. It would be hard to find a smarter more crisp boat of her type.

Built in 1903 by Rowles of Pill for Pilot Richard Case and worked until she was converted to a yacht by Moodys in 1925. Very detailed history accompanies the boat, she was bought by the present owner in 1975 and underwent a total rebuild in 1986 with further work including a new keel in 2004. 9 berths including a double in a rustic but functional interior. Beta 50hp diesel. A very rare opportunity to acquire a genuine Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter with all the history and provenance that goes with them.

Itchen Ferry built in the early 1900's. She is a rebuild project and is being offered free to a good home, to someone who will rebuild her and get her sailing again as she deserves. The planking is in sound condition, new deck beams have been fitted with a new plywood deck and a new keel is ready to go in. There is a complete rig apart from the mast. A great project for the right person and she will be a very pretty and interesting boat once finished.

Built in New Zealand in 1954 to a Colin Archer type design. Totally rebuilt by the present owner in 2009 and shipped back to the UK, after which she was used very little. New deck, interior, rig, engine and systems. 4 berths including a large double forward. Full standing headroom. Now in need of a cosmetic refit, otherwise solid and sound. A very nice example of the Tumlare, launched in 1938 with sail No.12 and rebuilt in 2005. Another thorough refit in previous ownership and continued professional maintenance means she is now a lovely yacht in good condition. The design was highly regarded by Adlard Coles in the yachting press and is known to be a well balanced and exciting boat to sail along with stunning lines. 2 berths in a cosy interior. Built in 1965 by Hillyards, this 20 ton ketch was built to order for a gentleman who specified a higher quality boat than Hillyards normally built, which included the use of teak in all of the coachroof and dog house coamings, plus a taller rig for increased performance. Extensive and thorough refit between 2011 and 2015 including new rig, engine and systems. She is now a first class yacht, fully equipped with everything required for long distance cruising or comfortable live aboard. It would be hard to find a better Hillyard or a more comfortable and spacious yacht of this length.

Built in New York in 1934 to a design from Starling Burgess, a highly acclaimed engineer and naval architect. The design was heralded by Uffa Fox in the yachting press of the time. Her first owner wanted a seaworthy boat, easily handled by two and a fast passage maker. She was relaunched in 2015 after a total professional rebuild including a lot of planking and structural timber, new interior, engine, systems and rig. She has been cruised to the south coast and Orkney since completion and attracts attention wherever she goes. A very beautiful classic yacht in superb condition. Lifted ashore for topside paint and antifoul in June 2020.

Gaff cutter yacht built on the isle of Man in 1911. Major rebuild over the last 30 years but not completed. Totally re-fastened, lots of new planking, new deck and coachroof, new stem, stern post floors and keel bolts. All new Pitch Pine interior. Needs finishing, must find a new owner very soon, a really interesting and very pretty yacht.

Ford 80hp diesel rebuilt 2013 gives 8 knots cruising speed. 5 berths plus childs berth with owners cabin and forward cabin. Good headroom throughout. Bermudan ketch rig gives very acceptable sailing performance. Harrison Butler designed bermudan cutter. She is the hull of a Z4 tonner with raised topsides. This variation of the Z4 was designed by Cpt O.M. Watts and created a small manageable boat with far more internal volume, only 10 boats were built like this. Major refit in 2013 with a new mast and new deck sheathing, hull stripped to bare wood, re-caulked and repaired as necessary. Sailed from Shetland to Cornwall in 2016 and used extensively around the Cornish coast. Very solid structural condition, 2013 survey available.
