Built by Luke Powell in 1997 as the first of his Pilot Cutter types. Larch on oak all copper and bronze fastened with solid laid pine deck. Known as the Sea Otter 25 Canoe Yawl and inspired by the Clyde Canoe Club yawl but with more freeboard and sheer. A beautiful yacht designed and built by McGruers, based on the Loch Fyne Skiff with the distinctive wide canoe stern. Staysail schooner known as a Lello 38 and built in Cape Town in 1990. Sailed extensively through the north and south Atlantic, Baltic Sea and the Arctic and has many thousands of blue water miles logged. Immensely strong construction using strip plank Afromosia overlaid with Makore and resorcinol glued. Designed and built by C&N in 1882, she is the oldest C&N yacht afloat. Found in the mud in 1976 she underwent a total rebuild by the IBTC, Lowestoft, and was launched in 2013. 6 berths including a double aft. Vetus 42hp diesel with a hydraulic drive. Pitch pine planking on sawn oak frames with teak on ply deck. A magnificent yacht in as new condition. Just launched with new paint and ready for the season.

Believed to be a William Atkin Eric design, the build of this yacht started in 1965 and unfortunately the owner and builder has not been able to see her through to completion. Mahogany on oak hull with sheathed plywood decks. Interior joinery is largely finished but there is no upholstery. As new Saab 22hp diesel fitted but never run. Electronics bought but never fitted. Rig complete except for sails. A very sturdy and capable yacht which needs finishing and commissioning.

The Folkboat is a world renowned design first seen in Sweden but now seen all over the world. The original design with clinker planking and a low coachroof was adapted in many places including the UK, the result of which is this superb pocket size cruising yacht. The heightened coachroof and addition of a dog house greatly improve the interior volume of the boat and make her much more usable for cruising. Built in Norway in 1935 as a fishing boat on typical Norwegian Lines with a hint of the Colin Archer design. Trennel fastened pine hull, much of which has been repaired or replaced in recent years. She has undertaken many notable sea voyages over the years proving her self to be a very comfortable and seaworthy vessel. 8 berths in total. Perkins 120hp diesel, 5Kva generator.
