Classic wooden sailing yacht at mooring

Kim Holman designed Sterling built by Uphams in 1963. Pitch Pine and mahogany planking on CRE frames. Perkins 35hp diesel, newly reconditioned engine fitted 2018. 5 berths including a quarter berth and a double forward. Good rig and sails including a recent mainsail. Another nice example of this fine yacht design, very capable, comfortable at sea and very pretty, she is easily managed by one or two people. Recent cosmetic overhaul, looking smart and ready to sail.

Built by Luke Powell in 1997 as the first of his Pilot Cutter types. Larch on oak all copper and bronze fastened with solid laid pine deck. She has worked as a charter boat most of her life and still has an MCA code of practice Cat 2. 7 berths plus heads and shower.
