This yacht was the result of a design collaboration between Harrison Butler and Maurice Griffiths and built in Whitstable for the owner of the boat yard. Double diagonal mahogany hull with laid teak decks. Shallow draft with a centre plate which was ideal for her native east coast. 4 berths in a comfortable interior. Perkins Perama 30hp diesel. Major rebuild in present ownership, she has been well cared for and sailed extensively in the summer months. An interesting and smart yacht.

Built in 1918 as a Baltic Sea fishing vessel, the boat was bought by the present owners and professionally converted to yacht in 1995. They gave her a graceful gaff ketch rig with a healthy 120sqm of sail which pushes her along well. 9 berths in a separate aft cabin, saloon and forward cabin with full headroom throughout. 155hp Volvo Penta diesel. A 12 ton Hillyard bermudan sloop, built by Hillyards in 1960, she is a comfortable cruising yacht with 2 separate sleeping cabins. She is currently owned by a couple who have cared and loved the boat and have done much work to her including a new engine in 2004. Planked in mahogany all copper rivet fastened to closely spaced steamed oak timbers. She is a very respectable and sound example of the Hillyard design and will provide many happy years of sailing in the future.

Owned by her present shipwright owner for 25 yrs and almost completely rebuilt 1990 - 2000 (surveys available). She has slightly modified dimensions compared to the standard Scarborough OD. William Garden was a Naval Architect and prolific yacht designer based in British Columbia. This double ended Bermudan sloop was built in Sydney, Australia during 1967/68 and was sailed to the UK via the Pacific and Panama, ending her journey on the west coast of Scotland. The current owners have owned and sailed her for 30 years. She has a spacious flush deck and a small doghouse. 6 berths in 3 cabins. Always well maintained and ready for more adventurous cruising. Built by Robertsons of Woobridge in 1936 to a design by Maxwell Blake, the Ranzo is a predecessor to the successful Deben 4 tonner. Planked in pitch pine on oak frames, all copper fastened. Gaff sloop rig on a keel stepped solid mast. Bukh 10hp single cylinder diesel. 2 berths in the saloon with a heads in the forepeak. Pretty little yacht currently afloat and in commission.

A very robust and strong hull that has been professionally built in France to a design by Didier Presles. Built with the intention of ocean cruising including voyages in Polar regions, this is a large volume and spacious hull built to a high standard and ready to be completed. Needs rig, systems, engine and coachroof. Pattern for the ballast keel comes with the hull but the keel has not yet been cast. Built in Norway to the lines of the Colin archer Kathleen design, supposedly named after his daughter. The hull is newly built and has never been completed or launched. Originally intended as an open boat the project was carried on by the late owner to create a half decked yacht with a low coachroof offering simple accommodation forward but still having a large, deep safe cockpit. 2 cylinder Nanni diesel with a wing prop. A very unusual and eye catching little yacht in as new condition.
