Designed by Robert Clark and Built by Berthons to Lloyds 100A1 standard. Teak and pitch pine hull planking, arguably the two best timbers for boat building. Major refit in 2014/2015 with structural hull repairs as well as all new systems. A sleek and elegant yacht with a good turn of pace but easily sailed short handed with plenty pedigree and patina.

28' gaff cutter built by Cornish Shipwright Chris Rees for his own use. built using plywood with a hard chine and sheathed externally for a rigid and robust hull. Sailed by Rees across the Atlantic and up to Greenland proving herself as a capable boat. Recent refit by current owner, the work is nearly complete, however she needs sails and the rig finishing off. A very capable blue water boat for someone looking to set off on a budget.

Pioneer PZ277 is a very interesting and unique vessel, built in St Ives in 1899 and has had a rich and varied life. She was the first steam powered fishing vessel in her area and was not liked by the local sailing fisherman who saw her as having an unfair advantage. After years of fishing around Cornwall, she is no for sale after a recent refit with some new planking, new wiring, systems and sails. A totally unique boat requiring a unique owner.

The Falmouth Quay Punt was a class of working vessel around the port of Falmouth. The design was yawl rigged with a plumb stem, elegant transom and a god depth in hold. The lines were used often to build yachts as they had proved to be excellent sea boats and easily handled. This is one of the smaller examples at 26' but no less pretty or capable. Major 1990 refit in preparation for a long voyage which did not happen. 2011 Beta engine, 2023 keel bolts. A very pretty boat with good headroom and interior space, full of charm, history and pedigree.

A lovely and almost as-new example of Roger Dongrays Golant Gaffer design, built by the owner. the hull was completed in 2017 but the boat was not launched until 2021 and has only been afloat a few times since then. Complete with an excellent road trailer, fitted out to make launch and retrieval from a slipway a very simple affair. Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine. 2 berths with sitting headroom and a fitted Porta Potti heads. Excellent sails from Jeckells in as new condition. The Golant Gaffer is a clever take on the traditional gaff cutter working bat, built with epoxy strip plank for easy maintenance and light enough to tow behind a moderate vehicle. Because she can be launched on a slipway and the rig set up by hand, the running costs of a boat like this are very acceptable without compromising on looks.

Designed and built by Camper and Nicholson in 1951. Revolutionary build method where the planks were edge glued rather than caulked and payed. Elegant yacht with5 berths and excellent headroom. Thorough refit in 2021/2022 included re-splining of the hull, complete cosmetic refit inside and out, new electronics and other jobs. Fast beautiful yacht with good pedigree presented in very smart condition.

A very tidy example of this ever popular small cruiser racer yacht. Proved to be very capable and fast boats with active racing fleets still sailing. Well maintained with major work done in 2013. Yanmar 1GM diesel engine. Unusually she has 2 good pipecot berths in the forepeak so she can sleep 4 in comfort. Good sails including recent racing sails. A nice honest boat for sensible money.

Built by the famous Abeking & Rasmussen yard in 1919, just 7 years after the yard was started and likely to be one of the first yachts built after WWI. For the last 60 years she has been owned by a syndicate group which has enabled her to be sailed regularly and maintained by a committed and enthusiastic group of owners and friends. Major 2006 refit with 50% new planking and many new steel frames. 2020 mizzen mast and 2011 Beta engine. A very fine pedigree yacht that could continue to be used as she is, or put through a major refit to bring her back to her original configuration of flush deck and gaff yawl rig.

Laurent Giles Vertue No.132 built by John Perry of Cosham in 1964. All teak hull, decks and superstructure, the build was overseen by the Laurent Giles office from start to finish to ensure a top quality yacht. Major upgrade works in recent years including new mast and rigging, new engine and new keel bolts. Professional annual maintenance has kept her in very good shape. This is the long doghouse model with 2 windows giving a more spacious cabin and good headroom. An exceptionally nice yacht, recently launched and ready for the season.

Inchcape 45 ft motor sailer built by the Eyemouth Boatbuilding Company in 1964. Heavy duty and capable vessel based on the traditional fishing vessels of the east coast of Scotland. Heavily built with iroko planking on sawn oak frames. Gardner 6LW diesel engine. The extraordinary beam of nearly 16' makes for a terrific amount of space and volume within the boat making these boats very comfortable for live aboard cruising. The headroom in the saloon is nearly 7'. 8 berths in 3 cabins including a large double. Very solid, comfortable and capable cruising vessel.
