Laurent Giles Vertue No.47, built by Harry Feltham of Portsmouth in 1952. Planked in full length teak with lead keel and bronze bolts. Built as a motor fishing vessel in Germany in 1943, she worked in the Baltic and North Sea until being converted in Holland in the 1980's. She worked for many years as a charter vessel around Dutch waters before going into private ownership and sailing to the UK. She could be an extremely comfortable live aboard yacht with her vast interior volume, but would also make an excellent expedition vessel to explore remote areas. She is very heavily built and capable of exploring the worlds oceans in comfort and safety.

The BB17 was a Norwegian designed and built day boat used for class racing. Elegant lines with an open cockpit and enough space below for 2 berths, they were popular boats with large fleets. This example has been converted to a junk rig, all professionally designed and fitted, to create a rather different and interesting yacht. The junk rig has distinct advantages and is very highly regarded by many. This concept allows for a simple rig that is easily handled and still gives excellent performance.
