37' Hillyard built to his 12 ton design with usual Hillyard layout of centre cockpit, aft cabin, saloon and forward cabin. The 12 ton hillyard is less common than the 9 ton version but offers quite a lot more space and comfort without excessive extra length. 6 good berths split between 3 cabins makes for very comfortable cruising with an aft owners cabin, large saloon and separate fore cabin. This boat has had a lot of work and upgrades done in the present ownership but is currently looking a bit scruffy and has a few areas of wood work needing attention. Engine rebuilt 2022, new rigging and sails in recent years, completely re-wired plus many other upgrades. A fine comfortable cruising yacht offered at sensible money.

Iain Oughtred Grey Seal design, professionally built and launched in 1997. Traditionally built clinker hull with larch planking on oak frames. Shallow draft with a centreboard and beaching legs enabling her to access shallow areas. Sitting on a recently serviced Snipe road trailer, total towing weight of approximately 2.5 tons. The Grey Seal is said to be the only Oughtred boat truly designed for open water sailing, and this boat has cruised extensively around the remote areas of north west Scotland.
