A tough and capable cruising boat designed by Paul Gartside and built in 2003 to a very high standard. Cold moulded hull makes her very strong with minimal maintenance. 3 berths with sitting headroom and small galley. Beta 16hp with less than 100hrs. One of the 11 boats built to this design by Peter Brett, the creator of the Rival range of yachts. The Dee 25 proved herself as very capable yacht with some notable performances in offshore yacht races in the 1960's, including the infamous 1965 Channel race that was hampered by severe weather. Several major periods of refit in recent years, all well documented. 5 berths with 6'2" headroom.

The Falmouth Quay Punt was a class of working vessel around the port of Falmouth. The design was yawl rigged with a plumb stem, elegant transom and a god depth in hold. The lines were used often to build yachts as they had proved to be excellent sea boats and easily handled. This is one of the smaller examples at 26' but no less pretty or capable. Major 1990 refit in preparation for a long voyage which did not happen. 2011 Beta engine, 2023 keel bolts. A very pretty boat with good headroom and interior space, full of charm, history and pedigree.

Designed by J Pain Clark and built by Harry King and sons in 1911. With only 5 owners over the years, she has mostly been based on the east coast of the UK and used for local cruising and racing. She took part in the Fastnet Race in the 1950's for which a self draining cockpit was fitted. Originally fitted with a gaff sloop rig, she was converted to a bernudan sloop in 1924 and then changed again to a gaff cutter in 2010 by the current owner. In the present ownership she had a major refit between 2010 and 2013 with a new teak deck, complete new rig, refastened hull and many new frames. This is a very elegant yacht retaining many original features including her stunning cockpit, hatch and skylight arrangement. A competitive boat for classic regatta racing.

Sparkman and Stephens design No.153, built in 1949 in Hong Kong. All teak hull and totally original teak interior joinery. She has been in the current family ownership since 1967 and is now in need for a restoration. This is a fine looking yacht with much of her original joinery, fixtures and fittings surely well worth the time and cost to get her back afloat.

Laurent Giles Vertue No.132 built by John Perry of Cosham in 1964. All teak hull, decks and superstructure, the build was overseen by the Laurent Giles office from start to finish to ensure a top quality yacht. Major upgrade works in recent years including new mast and rigging, new engine and new keel bolts. Professional annual maintenance has kept her in very good shape. This is the long doghouse model with 2 windows giving a more spacious cabin and good headroom. An exceptionally nice yacht, recently launched and ready for the season.

31' gaff cutter designed and built by A.M. Dickie of Tarbert in 1898 for the Laird of the Isle of Gigha, Scotland as a personal ferry yacht to access the island from the mainland. In the same family ownership since 1965, she has in recent years been maintained professionally, wintered undercover every year and sailed extensively each summer. An active vessel in the Old Gaffers fleet, she took part in the OGA Round Britain voyage and has cruised extensively around the east coast and over to Holland. 4 berths with good headroom and a lot of space for her length. Sailed easily by one person, she is a handy yacht that has also proved herself as a capable cruising vessel. 2022 survey available for inspection.

Large volume bermudan cutter designed and built by Woodnutts and Co. IOW in 1938 and in current ownership for over 45 years. Pitch Pine hull all copper fastened to oak timbers. New teak on plywood deck in 2000. 6 berths in a spacious interior which has been largely rebuilt in present ownership in solid paneled hardwood. Very spacious, deep and safe cockpit ideal for the family. Bermudan cutter rig with a boomed staysail and roller furling on the jib making her relatively easy to handle. Perkins P4 diesel recently removed and overhauled. Professionally maintained every year and regularly sailed. A very substantial yacht with a capable and solid feel.

Pioneer PZ277 is a very interesting and unique vessel, built in St Ives in 1899 and has had a rich and varied life. She was the first steam powered fishing vessel in her area and was not liked by the local sailing fisherman who saw her as having an unfair advantage. After years of fishing around Cornwall, she is no for sale after a recent refit with some new planking, new wiring, systems and sails. A totally unique boat requiring a unique owner.

Designed by Francis Jones as a comfortable motor sailer but with a good size rig giving her acceptable sailing performance. Long history of diligent owners with the most recent 2021 refit by Harbour Marine Services. BMC Commodore 66hp diesel gives an economical cruising speed of 7 knots. 5 berths with 6'3" headroom. A very comfortable yacht perfectly suited to a northern climate with the wheelhouse offering shelter from the elements.

The first of the Landfall ketch designs to be built, launched in 1958 and built for the yard owner, Claude Whisstock. Iroko planking on oak timbers. Easily handled bermudan ketch rig. 6 berths including a double in the forecabin with 6' headroom throughout. She has been cruising around the Atlantic, Caribbean and America for the last 15 years, and having now returned home the owners are moving ashore. November 2023 survey available.

Built in California in 1904 and rebuilt in America in 1983. Imported to the UK where the present owner sought professional advice to re-design the rig and get the boat balanced and manageable. This was achieved and she is used regularly in the Solent for weekend sailing and classic regatta racing. An impressive looking boat with 8 berths, separate heads and galley and decent headroom.
