The Glen Class was designed by Alfred Mylne and most of them were built in Bangor, Northern Ireland. It was a competitive fleet and there are still 25 boats racing in Strangford Lough and Dublin Bay. This boat was bought by the p[resent owners as a complete wreck and destined for the chainsaw. The hull was rebuilt, new frames where necessary and totally re-fastened and a new deck and deck structure fitted plus new interior. The rig is not to the original plans having been replaced by a previous owner after a dismasting! Lovely smart yacht on a brand new road trailer, ready to go sailing.
