Haven 12.5

£5500

The Haven 12.5 was Joel Whites centreboard version of the Herreshoff Buzzards Bay 12.5 and was described as being 'probably the best day sail boat ever designed'. Built by the owner in 2014 and lightly used since then, she has a strip plank cedar hull, epoxy sheathed inside and out with mahogany coamings, transom and thwarts. The Haven is a superb dayboat, far more capable than the 16' length suggests, with enough space to comfortably carry 4 adults but still easily handled by one person.
