Clinker motor launch, not known exactly where or when she was built, but judged to be a 1950’s boat.
Professionally cared for in the present ownership, with a thorough refit last winter including a new foredeck, new engine box, rebuilt trailer and all new external paint and varnish.
She is a well equipped boat with a chart plotter, recent engine and good condition Snipe road trailer making her a complete package in good sound condition.
The generous beam and substantial build make her a solid and stable boat, more capable than her length would suggest.

Construction
Clinker planked in mahogany all copper rivet fastened to steam bent oak timbers. Varnished topsides all stripped back to bare wood and re-varnished with Deks Olje in 2022.
Small foredeck straight laid in mahogany with Sikaflex seams. Deck all new in 2022. New varnished mahogany capping on the gunwhales.
Bronze cleats and fairleads.
Varnished mahogany thwarts.
Wheel steering with a chromed wheel and cables to the tiller
New engine box in 2022 made from T&G timber, lined with sound insulation.
Canvas sprayhood on a stainless frame shelters the boat. Zip on tonneau cover keeps the whole boat dry when not in use
Machinery
Yanmar 1GM10 single cylinder diesel with very low running hours, fitted new in 2018 by Purbeck Marine, Poole. Regularly serviced and ready to go.
Single lever controls with a fixed 3 blade bronze propeller gives 5 knots cruising speed.
Single 12 volt battery in a box under the foredeck charged by the engine alternator.
Fuel tank under the foredeck with new fuel lines and valves.
