Wooden Ships Comments on this Open water rowing skiff

Designed and built by David Winspear, a well known builder of this type of open water rowing skiff.  She was completed in 2016 for the current owner and since then has been used every summer, competing in 3 Great River Races and numerous coastal rowing events around the country.  She has a Great River Race handicap of 41.

She has 3 fixed seat rowing positions with adjustable foot rests and carbon fibre sculls, plus a cox’s seat and removable passenger seat making space for a crew of 5 in total.  She can also be rowed easily with a single sculler and a cox.

The boat is in excellent ready to go condition complete with everything required to start rowing and has proved herself as a capable and comfortable long distance rowing boat.
