Wooden Ships Comments on this Salcombe rowing dinghy
Built in Salcombe in 1954 by local boat builder Roger Ageart, she was commissioned for use as a tender to a local vessel called ‘Vespa’. Later in her life she worked as part of a hire fleet based in Salcombe. Typical very pretty Salcombe design with a nice sheer line and straight stem.
This little boat is in fine condition both structurally and cosmetically, she is now looking for a new home as either a day boat or as a tender.
