West Country gaff ketch built by Pearce of Looe in 1919. A yacht with a very interesting and varied history, she was owned by author George Millar and it is understood she was the first pleasure boat into Paris at the end of WWII, entertaining visiting royals aboard. Major refit work in the current and previous ownership including hull and deck repairs, engines rebuilt and overhauled rig. The project is not yet complete and the current owner is looking for the right person to take her and finish off the work. She has a very good pair of engines, all new wiring and overhauled rig ready to be stepped. she is dry and tight but the interior fit out needs completing. she is a big volume yacht with elegant lines and is a vessel worthy of the effort to get her finished and back to sea.

She was built in 1938 and given away as a prize in the yacht clubs raffle in 1939, won by a Scottish sailor who brought her home to Scotland where she has been ever since. Cruised on the west coast of Scotland for the last 30 years, she has been maintained to a good standard and recently had a spring refit ready for the summer season. 4 berths with heads and galley. An active vessel in the Old Gaffers fleet, she took part in the OGA Round Britain voyage and has cruised extensively around the east coast and over to Holland. 4 berths with good headroom and a lot of space for her length.
