Laurent Giles Peter Duck ketch built as they all were by Porter & Haylett. A total of 38 boats were built to this design. This boat has been neglected after the death of her late owner. Prior to this she had been professionally maintained by a local shipwright with a recently fitted new Beta 28 diesel engine. The hull has dried out but work has been ongoing to slowly let the hull take up which is happening nicely. The rig is complete. Being sold at a very low cost as the family simply wish to move her on. This is not a major rebuild in any way, a new owner with some amateur skills and time could easily take on the required work.

Designed by Sparkman & Stephens, built by Paul Molich in Denmark in 1966 for the reigning One Ton Cup champion, Claus Turitz. She competed in the One Ton Cup championship of 1968. A nicely maintained yacht with a new composite teak deck in 2017 and new Volvo Penta engine in 2025. Completed a 3000Nm voyage from Stavanger to the North Cape and back in 2024. 5 single berths with good headroom. A fast easily handled yacht with excellent pedigree.

One of the 11 boats built to this design by Peter Brett, the creator of the Rival range of yachts. The Dee 25 proved herself as very capable yacht with some notable performances in offshore yacht races in the 1960's, including the infamous 1965 Channel race that was hampered by severe weather. Several major periods of refit in recent years, all well documented. 5 berths with 6'2" headroom. Recently rot has been found in several topside planks and deck edge as well as the beamshelf on the starboard side. After many years of ownership the owner has decided he does not have the capability to take on this work and is selling the boat as a project for a nominal £1000. Currently ashore in a dry shed, she can easily be worked on in situ by a new owner, or moved by road to a new location.

South Coast One Design, or SCOD, one of many of this class launched by Burnes Shipyard Ltd of Bosham. Bought by the present oner in 2020, she has undergone a major refit including all new running and standing rigging, re-galvanised mast fittings, new keel bolts and hood end fastenings, deck repairs, rebuilt cockpit and all new wiring. these are fine small cruiser racer yachts, with a reputation for speed but offering full standing headroom and 4 good berths all in 26' of deck length. A capable boat with a detailed and documented refit history.

Designed and built in France, she was bought by the current owner in 2004 when lying in Turkey, remaining in the Med until 2011 cruising the islands and taking part in various classic regattas. Professionally maintained, she has benefitted from a complete new teak deck in 2018, new engine in 2012 and new rigging and main mast in 2015. Her rather unusual interior was a particular draw for the present owner as it is divided into 3 distinct areas offering separate accommodation for 6 people without being 'on top' of one another. A very elegant yacht, easily handled for short handed cruising but equally capable of classic regatta racing.

Designed by and built for Harrison Butler himself, this is a real pedigree classic yacht with plenty of history and the looks to match. With an elegant counter stern and sweet sheer line, this is a very fine looking yacht indeed and has the prestige of being built for HB himself with many of his voyages detailed in the pages of Yachting Monthly magazine at the time. With a major period of refit work carried in 2002 and a complete new teak deck in 2016, along with many other smaller upgrades and improvements, this is a yacht in fine fettle and ready for her next custodian.

Superbly well built cruising ketch launched in 1972. A stretched version of the Good Hope, her extra length allows space for a second heads compartment in the aft cabin as requested by her commissioning owner. A big volume boat with acres of deck space and comfortable interior layout. Aft cabin with double berth and heads compartment. Centre cockpit is deep and sheltered. Main cabin with excellent headroom and space plus a fore cabin with twin berths. 7 berths in total with plenty of storage capacity. Low hours Beta 50hp diesel. Due to ill health the current owner has been unable to use or maintain the boat recently so she is looking scruffy externally, however she is well equipped, dry and would make an excellent cruising live aboard yacht.

Zyklon Z4 tonner sloop designed by Dr T. Harrison Butler. 48 of these boats were built before WWII, gaining themselves a fantastic reputation with numerous Yachting Monthly articles about extended voyages in Z4 yachts. This yacht had a major rebuild finished in 2018 with significant hull repairs, new engine and systems and new rigging. Very nicely presented and in regular use around the Solent.

Designed by Alfred Westmacott, the man behind the well known X-OD yachts and Solent Sunbeams which both still have active fleets in the Solent. An elegant gaff cutter that had a major rebuild in 2005. Sailed by the present owner since 2008, raced regularly with great success and professionally maintained every year. A brilliant regatta boat or pocket cruiser, easily handled with a well set up rig and comfortable interior. Attractively priced and ready to sail.

International Dragon built by Pedersen & Thuesen for the Colmans mustard family, launched in 1956. She was one of 7 boats built with the same lines that had been exaggerated within the class rules, seemingly making these boats faster than many of her contemporaries. Major refit work in present 23 year ownership with a successful race record including winning the 2016 Dragon Classics. Complete with road trailer and race sails.

Lovely example of the West Solent One Design, totally rebuilt by Jamie Clay and Fabian Bush between 1990-2001. Raced extensively on the east coast by the previous owner with a very good record. Further professional refit 2025 has put her in excellent fettle. A very simple boat with no engine, basic electrics and largely original rig but she is in excellent structural condition and could be a very successful boat on the classic yacht regatta circuit. Sensibly priced and ready for the season.

Laurent Giles bermudan cutter launched in 1938. A boat very typical of Giles designs, she bears many resemblances to the first Vertue Andrillot. In present ownership for many years, she has been sailed extensively and professionally maintained, however in recent years her condition has declined due to the health of the owner. a big volume heavy displacement yacht with 6 berths and a good Volvo Penta D2-55 engine. This boat certainly has a project element to her but is able to be sailed away as she is.
