The Dee 25 proved herself as very capable yacht with some notable performances in offshore yacht races in the 1960's, including the infamous 1965 Channel race that was hampered by severe weather. Zyklon Z4 tonner sloop designed by Dr T. Harrison Butler. 48 of these boats were built before WWII, gaining themselves a fantastic reputation with numerous Yachting Monthly articles about extended voyages in Z4 yachts. This yacht had a major rebuild finished in 2018 with significant hull repairs, new engine and systems and new rigging. Very nicely presented and in regular use around the Solent.

Designed by Alfred Westmacott, the man behind the well known X-OD yachts and Solent Sunbeams which both still have active fleets in the Solent. An elegant gaff cutter that had a major rebuild in 2005. Sailed by the present owner since 2008, raced regularly with great success and professionally maintained every year. International Dragon built by Pedersen & Thuesen for the Colmans mustard family, launched in 1956. She was one of 7 boats built with the same lines that had been exaggerated within the class rules, seemingly making these boats faster than many of her contemporaries. Major refit work in present 23 year ownership with a successful race record including winning the 2016 Dragon Classics. Complete with road trailer and race sails.

Laurent Giles bermudan cutter launched in 1938. A boat very typical of Giles designs, she bears many resemblances to the first Vertue Andrillot. In present ownership for many years, she has been sailed extensively and professionally maintained, however in recent years her condition has declined due to the health of the owner. a big volume heavy displacement yacht with 6 berths and a good Volvo Penta D2-55 engine. This boat certainly has a project element to her but is able to be sailed away as she is.

Original and rebuilt pilot cutter Letty available at this bargain price due to the owners medical issues. This is far below market value but the owner wants to find a deserving new home for the boat as quickly as possible rather than see her laid up and not used. Rebuilt between 2011-2019, all new hull and deck structure plus interior, systems and rig. Sailed extensively in the last few seasons, she is wating for very little before being ready for the coming summer. 10 berths in spacious interior.

Lymington 'L' Class designed by Jack Laurent Giles and built by Elkins of Christchurch. Often thought of as the forerunner to the Vertue, this elegant little yacht was designed for day sailing and weekend cruising. Comfortable and sizeable cockpit with a 2 berth cabin, heads and galley. Professional refit in 2021 including new deadwoods and centreline bolts, new strap floors, complete strip and paint of the hull, engine rebuild, new sails and new upholstery. Smart and well presented boat.

Lyle Hess 32 designed by the famous American naval architect and built in Malaysia by the Haji Abdullah Bin Muda shipyard in 1991. She was built for the son of high ranking politician Teo Eng Tat. Built from the hardwood Chengal which is a resilient and highly durable wood. Major works completed by UK yards in 2007 and 2018 including a complete new deck, interior and new gaff cutter rig in 2018. The usual Hess rig was bermudan cutter on an alloy mast, this new gaff rig looks superb and makes her go extremely well. A very smart and well cared for yacht.

An Alan Pape designed Gaff Cutter, strongly built in 1991 using cold molded wood epoxy construction. She has crossed the Atlantic and also circumnavigated the UK twice proving herself as a capable and comfortable cruising yacht. The interior is very spacious with 6 berths, and she has been continually upgraded by the present owner throughout his long ownership.

Designed by a colleague of Colin Archer and built in Gothenburg in 1893 as one of 5 pilot cutters built for the Gothenburg Archipelago. This is an original Swedish Pilot Cutter with typical design features we all think of as strictly Colin Archer; the canoe stern, very generous beam, heavy displacement and incredible sea keeping characteristics. Rebuilt in 1990 with all new planking and decks. Her rig is identical to the original design plans. Ford 120hp diesel. Comfortable interior with 6 berths and good headroom.
