Wooden Ships Comments on this Naval Clinker Rowing Boat

Built by 1st year shipwright apprentices of HM Dockyard, Portsmouth in 1974.  These small boats were used as tenders and as such are fitted with bronze lifting eyes so they can be hoisted aboard the larger vessel.

This dinghy has excellent pedigree, we have photos of her being built and recent contact with the two apprentices who actually built the boat.
