Kim Holman Stella class built by Tucker Brown in 1971. Thought to be a modified Stella with slightly thicker planking, masthead rig, self draining cockpit and possibly a slightly heavier Ballast keel, all specified by the commissioning owner to make her a more robust cruising boat rather than a boat to race with the fleet. Very well maintained in long previous ownership with an extensive maintenance list over the years. In need of small repairs to the bow after a collision on her mooring.

Harrison Butler Z4 tonner, one of the few boats built with raised topsides to vastly increase the interior volume. 4 berths including 2 settee berths and 2 pipe cot berths. Beta 13hp engine new in 2002. New deck 2007, new mast 2008. Thorough survey completed in 2023 with invoices for work carried out since that inspection. This boat has been in the same ownership since 1981, used for family cruising with young children for many years. A pedigree little boat with a well documented history.

Built as a Shetland Zulu fishing vessel and converted to a yacht in 1980. Gaff cutter rig, new mast and rigging in 2013. Hull re-fastened in present ownership. 3 double berths. Interesting yacht with a well documented history.

Iain Oughtred Grey Seal design, professionally built and launched in 1997. Traditionally built clinker hull with larch planking on oak frames. Shallow draft with a centreboard and beaching legs enabling her to access shallow areas. Sitting on a recently serviced Snipe road trailer, total towing weight of approximately 2.5 tons. The Grey Seal is said to be the only Oughtred boat truly designed for open water sailing, and this boat has cruised extensively around the remote areas of north west Scotland. A rare and rather special little boat.

Traditional Danish fishing vessel, known as a Haikutter, built in Denmark in 1924. Converted to the current gaff ketch configuration in the 1980's with a Cummins 380hp diesel and 12 berths in 4 cabins. Very elegant working vessel with the trademark Danish sheer line and beautiful elliptical counter stern.

John Alden Challenger yawl built by Halmatic Ltd of Portsmouth. Built in GRP in the early years of using the material but with classic elegant lines. Shallow draft hull with a centreboard enabling access to areas off limits to deeper boats. 6 berths including a double. Yanmar 39hp diesel. New standing rigging 2023, good condition sails. An elegant boat with a great reputation as a comfortable, fast and easily handled offshore cruising boat. Sensibly priced yacht that has been cruised regularly this last season.

A superb example of the well respected Z4 class. She has been through a thorough refit in 2023 and is presented in very smart ready to go condition. Refurbished Yanmar 1Gm10 engine. 2 berths and Taylors paraffin stove. Recent work has included replaing a keel bolt, all new strap floor bolts, new engine beds, rudder pintles and a complete cosmetic refit inside and out.

8ton Hillyard that has been in the same family ownership since her launch in 1967, now sadly for sale due to health problems. Well maintained boat with 6' headroom, 4 berths, heads and galley. History of refit work including new keel bolts and engine overhaul, plus new sails in 2018. A sweet shallow draft yacht presented very nicely.

Constructed in 2008 to an Ed Burnett design, specifically for sail training with The Island Trust in Plymouth who specialise in taking disadvantaged young people to sea. Sadly the Trust has reached a point where 2 of their 3 vessels need to be sold so they can consolidate costs. Pegasus has proved very successful since her launch with many thousands of sea miles covered. She has commercial licence under the MCA of Category 2 for 10 guests + 2 crew (60 miles from safe haven) The vessel is fully equipped to this standard and will come with all the gear and equipment for commercial sailing activities. 12 berths in 4 cabins with 6'6" headroom in the saloon. Capable of being sailed by 2 people but comfortable space on a passage for 12. Ideally suited for charter sailing but would make a first class private adventure cruising yacht. Designed and built by McGruer, not to any particular class but as a fast and comfortable cruising yacht for a serial McGruer yacht owner. Elegant lines with long overhangs and typical McGruer superstructure. Another of Kim Holmans superb designs, the Twister has an excellent reputation around the world, so popular was the design that they were built in great numbers using GRP when this material was first introduced.
