Construction

Clinker planked in mahogany all copper rivet fastened to steam bent oak timbers.

Hull is varnished inside and out from new.

Iroko stem and keel with a varnished mahogany transom that has a bronze main sheet horse across the top.

Varnished iroko inwhales and rubbing strakes,  Rope fender all round.

Varnished iroko thwarts with sawn iroko hanging knees.

Marine plywood centreboard case trimmed with varnished iroko.  Galvanised steel centreplate, raised and lowered with a block and tackle.

Transom hung drop-plate rudder on bronze hangings.

Varnished pine slatted sole boards.

Rig

Gunter sloop rig on a keel stepped varnished wooden mast.  Mast is stepped in a stainless steel shoe on the keel.

Varnished wooden boom and gunter yard.

Stainless steel standing rigging to internal bronze chain plates.

Tan terylene mainsail and headsail by Caws Sails, Isle of Wight.

All running rigging.  Cam cleats for headsail sheets.
