The 6th Peter Duck built by Porter and Haylett to the same well respected design. Not a fast boat, but very sturdy with lots of internal volume for their modest length. An easily handled split rig helped by a 35hp Beta engine makes for easy and simple cruising. 4 berths with good headroom, galley and separate heads. New engine installed in 2009, new main mast in 2011. The boat is looking a bit tired and is in need of new energy to bring her up to standard and undertake the necessary repairs.

Built in Malaysia to the plans of the William Atkin Eric design, this is a near sister ship to Suhali, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston's yacht in which he circumnavigated the globe. Built from Chengai, a very durable tropical hardwood, she had a major refit in 2015 with a new engine, spars and rigging. Now looking a bit neglected, she needs a new deck and a thorough overhaul. Great design with good quality materials, well worth the effort of refitting.

Inchcape 45 motor sailer, the very last example built, launched in 1989. Subjected to an intensive refit in present ownership since 2016 with improvements and upgrades to all areas of the vessel. Currently completed to the standards required for MCA Code of Practice Cat 1. Ford Mermaid 135hp diesel in excellent condition. 6 berths in two separate sleeping cabins plus 2 heads with showers. Hugely spacious interior for comfortable long term living. Easily handled rig with all new sails and rigging. A very tough sailing yacht capable of going anywhere in the world, fully equipped and absolutely ready to go. Kim Holmans Stella needs little introduction, derived from the Folkboat but slightly larger all round, they have been raced and cruised successfully for over 60 years with an active fleet still on the east coast of the UK. This boat has been the beneficiary of meticulous maintenance by her experienced owner with plenty of upgrades in the last 10 years. She is largely original but with subtle alterations to improve her for racing. Probably one of the best examples available on the market, an honest and very smart boat at sensible money.

Ice Bird was Vertue No.45, built for Dr Joe Cunningham to serve as his mobile base in remote areas of New Foundland, providing medical services to the local community. This he did in the boat after sailing across the Atlantic via the Caribbean and the eastern USA. Her design differs slightly from the standard Vertue with an altered coachroof, slightly higher topsides and a 2 spreader cutter rig. Recently updated with some new sails and all new rigging in 2021. 2 berths with 6'3" headroom. Volvo MD7A 13hp diesel engine. A yacht rich in pedigree in history kept in smart and sound condition.

Designed by Sydney Herreshoff and built by Port Hamble Ltd. Herreshoff aimed to design and small, fast and easily managed but very capable keel boat, and this is exactly what the Islander is. The boats were built here and shipped back to America due to lower production costs and very few examples remained in this country. Light enough to tow behind a moderate car at 1.25 tons, easy to single hand but with a large enough cockpit for a crew. The small cabin has space for 1 or 2 berths to allow weekend camping trips and an outboard mounted over the side is there as a reliable and simple back up. A beautiful looking boat in good sound condition, in commission and being used regularly this season.

Holman 26 built by Uphams in 1963. Recent major refit including new standing rigging, new running rigging, engine rebuild and new keel bolts in 2020. 4 berths with good headroom, galley and separate heads compartment. Yanmar 1GM had a thorough overhaul in 2020. This design is well known for good sailing characteristics and is easily handled, an ideal and cost effective way of getting the family afloat this year. The boat has been painted, antifouled and is ready to launch for the season.

Designed as part of a competition for the Royal Swedish Yacht Club to stimulate innovation in yacht design. She was built in 1938 and given away as a prize in the yacht clubs raffle in 1939, won by a Scottish sailor who brought her home to Scotland where she has been ever since. Cruised on the west coast of Scotland for the last 30 years, she has been maintained to a good standard and recently had a spring refit ready for the summer season. 4 berths with heads and galley. Volvo 18hp diesel. A very elegant yacht with good pace.

Built in Hong Kong in 1981 to a William Atkin design. Traditional design inspired by Colin Archer with a canoe stern, long keel and heavy displacement. The beam on this boat is very generous making her very stable and giving a large internal volume. She was sailed to the UK in 2005 and has been in the present ownership for over 12 years. She appears to be in sound and solid condition, built with teak planking and tropical hardwood frames, floors and keel. 3 double berths plus heads and galley and 6' headroom. Yanmar 32hp diesel. A great boat for long distance cruising on a budget, she is a very capable and substantial boat, easily handled but with plenty of berths.

One of the few 9 ton Falmouth Pilots built. An attractive full bodied cruising yacht with good internal volume for the length, designed for easy and safe family cruising. Designed by Francis Jones as a capable yet practical cruising boat, she is a motor sailer but with a good size rig giving her adequate sailing performance in the right conditions. This yacht has been nicey maintained in the present ownership with a lot of professional input. Ketch rig with gaff mainsail and bermudan mizzen. Gaff cutter built by Hayles of Cowes in 1898 as a gentlemans yacht on the lines of the Itchen Ferry work boats. Professionally rebuilt and more recently refitted and upgraded so that she is now in superb condition inside and out. Beta marine diesel, new sails and rigging. Well equipped and ready to go, it would be hard to find a smarter and better kept gaffer.
