West Country gaff ketch built by Pearce of Looe in 1919. A yacht with a very interesting and varied history, she was owned by author George Millar and it is understood she was the first pleasure boat into Paris at the end of WWII, entertaining visiting royals aboard. Major refit work in the current and previous ownership including hull and deck repairs, engines rebuilt and overhauled rig. The project is not yet complete and the current owner is looking for the right person to take her and finish off the work. She has a very good pair of engines, all new wiring and overhauled rig ready to be stepped. she is dry and tight but the interior fit out needs completing. she is a big volume yacht with elegant lines and is a vessel worthy of the effort to get her finished and back to sea.

Peter Brett Dee 27 built in 1961. The name Dee 27 relates to her waterline length not overall length. The larger sister to the well proven Dee 25, Peter Brett later took these designs and developed them into the Rival range of yachts. A well maintained yacht in her current 15 year ownership, she has been cruised extensively around Ireland and Scotland proving to be a very good sea boat and easily handled. 5 berths, Volvo MD2030 engine. Designed as part of a competition for the Royal Swedish Yacht Club to stimulate innovation in yacht design. She was built in 1938 and given away as a prize in the yacht clubs raffle in 1939, won by a Scottish sailor who brought her home to Scotland where she has been ever since. Cruised on the west coast of Scotland for the last 30 years, she has been maintained to a good standard and recently had a spring refit ready for the summer season. 4 berths with heads and galley. Built in Looe in 1896 as a long line fishing boat working out of Plymouth with the fishing number PH339. Major rebuild by Ashley Butler of Butler and Co. in 2007 which included a new keel, floors and keelson, some frames and a complete new deck structure. All bronze and copper fastened throughout. Recent Volvo 30hp diesel. 4 berths including a large double forward with 6'+ headroom in the saloon. 31' gaff cutter designed and built by A.M. Dickie of Tarbert in 1898 for the Laird of the Isle of Gigha, Scotland as a personal ferry yacht to access the island from the mainland. In the same family ownership since 1965, she has in recent years been maintained professionally, wintered undercover every year and sailed extensively each summer. An active vessel in the Old Gaffers fleet, she took part in the OGA Round Britain voyage and has cruised extensively around the east coast and over to Holland. 4 berths with good headroom and a lot of space for her length. Sailed easily by one person, she is a handy yacht that has also proved herself as a capable cruising vessel. 2022 survey available for inspection.

One of the most famous offshore racing yachts of the 20th century, Ortac was designed by Robert Clark and had an illustrious career from her first win in the Heligoland Race of 1937 right through to the 1970's when she could still be seen winning races. As one of the most decorated ocean racing boats of her period, this is a yacht with the heritage and provenance to set her apart and makes her deserving of the refit she now requires. A refit was started by her late owner, but when he passed away the work stopped and she has been laid up in a shed awaiting her next custodian. The family have made the decision to let her go with a very attractive token asking price. This is a yacht of superior pedigree and provenance, a yacht we would all love to see at classic regatta events once again and a piece of our maritime history that deserves to be saved and rebuilt.

A very tidy example of the Saxon class, designed by Buchanan and built by Priors in 1962 to Lloyds 100A1 classification. Mahogany on CRE frames with a sheathed plywood deck. Well maintained by some careful owners with a well documented history. 5 berths with good headroom, Perkins 30hp diesel, good sails and rig. A nicely designed and some would say perfect size family boat, easily handled and a joy to sail.

Elegant Swedish cruiser racer yacht designed and built by the great Torre Holm. Brought to the UK by the present owner and raced in many classic regattas proving her as a fast and competitive boat. New Collars mast and all rigging in 2010, she has been used only very lightly since then. Perkins Perama M30 engine needs a rebuild or replacement unit. 5 berths with 6' headroom.

A beautifully built and impeccably well maintained gaff sloop built at Kings & Sons of Burnham on Crouch. Top class pitch pine planking which was found in excellent condition during her major renovation. Sailed extensively in long current ownership, cruising Scotland, Ireland, Cornwall and Brittany, a far more capable boat than her size might portray. Up to date systems and equipment, very nicely cared for and absolutely ready for the coming season.

Laurent Giles Vertue built in 1951 for the Festival of Britain and exhibited there as an example of British craftsmanship. Only 3 owners since new and has always been well maintained. Honduras mahogany hull on oak, short doghouse with large cockpit and 2 berth accommodation. Yanmar 10hp diesel. A very smart example in sound condition with a long list of refit work carried out professionally in the last 4 years. A tough and capable cruising boat designed by Paul Gartside and built in 2003 to a very high standard. Designed by Norman Dallimore, believed to be the oldest surviving example of his, built in 1912. Major professional refit between 2005 and 2007 with many new steamed timbers, new floors and centreline bolts, new deck, engine, systems and complete new rig. Standing and running rigging new in 2018. A pretty boat that has been finished to a very good standard but has only been sailed a handful of times since completion of her major refit. 2 single berths that convert to a large double across the whole of the cabin. Yanmar 1GM diesel engine. Sails from Ratsey and Lapthorn as new. A lovely pre WWI yacht in super condition.
